About school
Kao Niža realna gimnazija od 1946. do 1950. godine radila je u zgradi gimnazije „Slobodan Škerović“ u Podgorici. Od 1. oktobra 1950. godine izdvaja se u Prvu sedmogodišnju školu i radi kao samostalna vaspitno - obrazovna institucija.
U septembru 1952. godine prerasla je u Osmogodišnju školu, kasnije sa nazivom istaknutog revolucionara i prvoborca ovog kraja Sava Pejanovića.
Od školske 2006/7. godine. Škola počinje da radi po nastavnim planovima i programima devetogodišnje osnovne škole.
